About Vantage
Poppy House and Willow House provide specialist residential care in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Our staff support children with their health, education and relationships, with guidance from our clinical and education specialists.
We want children to feel that this is their home. That means knowing who is there for them, having a say in daily life and making time for the things they enjoy.

Our approach to care

Omega Life Clinical helps our teams understand each child’s needs and put therapeutic thinking into everyday care.
Education and development
Our Head of Education, a former Virtual School Headteacher, helps secure the right provision and challenges barriers to learning.
Day-to-day care
Shared meals, a familiar routine, time to talk and something to look forward to. These everyday experiences matter.
Working with Omega Life Clinical
Our therapeutic provision is supported by Omega Life Clinical. Their clinical guidance, assessment and staff training help us respond to the child behind the behaviour.
